Allergen Guide

We cannot  guarantee any of our food is suitable for those with allergies due to a high risk of cross contamination.  

Our Allergen Guide is not a full ingredient list, and aims to provide the list of any allergens in the products we prepare in our Deli, with the 14 declarable allergens in capitals. If you are interested in an ingredient outside the 14 allergens listed, or if you have any concerns whatsoever on any of our products, preparation methods  or ingredients please ask a member of staff before placing your order.

Our breads are all brought in, with some part-baked on the premises.  We have been advised that they contain the following allergens.  If you have any doubt, please speak to a member of the team.

Our menu details the sandwich choices and which are Meat/Fish/Dairy etc.  As with all products, we cannot definitively rule out cross-contamination, so if you have any concerns or if an ingredient is not listed here, please speak to a member of the team.  The following accompaniments are also used in our sandwiches:

Basil Pesto - MILK (Pecorino Cheese), TREE NUTS (Pine Kernels, Cashew)

Mayonnaise (also in our Homemade Coleslaw, Egg Mayo and Tuna Mayo fillings) - We only use Hellmans Mayonnaise. See manufacturer ingredient list.

Dijonnaise - Our Dijonnaise uses Hellmans Mayonnaise with the addition of Dijon MUSTARD

Chilli Chutney - Contains no allergen

Caramelised Onion Chutney - ONIONS, MAIZE

QUICHES -  All Quiches are Vegetarian and options vary.  Please ask for the ingredient/allergen list as options vary on a weekly basis.
